iLumkb return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The time frame will be calculated from the date the parcel is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
We do not accept returns for any items purchased from the after-market. Our after-sales service only applies to customers who purchased directly from us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Any product that has been opened or used is not eligible for return.
- In-stock items: We do not accept returns on discounted items — all sale items are final.
- Group buy/Pre-order: We do not accept returns for GB/PO products.
Refunds
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, personal preference, or the item not meeting expectations), the round-trip shipping fee and a 4% bank processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
The company reserves the right of final interpretation.
